Recipe for CANAPES IN WAFERS OF EMPANDILLAS, (corrected)

Ingredients to make CANAPES IN WAFERS OF EMPANDILLAS, (corrected):

  • 1 package of dumpling wafers.
  • 3 slices of smoked bacon a little thick.
  • 2 slices of slightly thick York ham.
  • 2 slices of semi-cured Manchego cheese.
  • 200 ml of cream.
  • 2 fat eggs.
  • A bag of grated cheese of 4 varieties.

How to make CANAPES IN EMPANDILLAS WAFERS, (corrected):

1.We remove the rind from the bacon and if it has any bones and we make small tacos. We put the bacon in a pan with half a tablespoon of oil, making it go slowly, and once fried we take it out and leave it on kitchen paper to remove the fat,

2.We make the ham and cheese into strips and then into small squares. In the tray to take the cupcakes to the oven, we put the empanadilla wafers and fill with a little of the mincemeat that we have made, the ham, bacon and cheese.

3.We beat the eggs and cream a little with the mixer, with three seconds we have it whipped, we are throwing it with a spoon to the mincemeat that covers everything. We put abundantly grated cheese of the 4 varieties on top and grate Parmesan on top.

4.We take it to the oven preheated to 180º until we see that the cheese is well browned, in about 15 minutes they are cooked. They are very juicy and tasty for a starter of a meal or some appetizers.
