Recipe for black bean stew with meat

In this recipe we bring a different option with an ingredient widely used in Brazilian cooking, black beans. So, we are going to make a black bean stew with meat using a simple soffit as a base and adding ground meat to finish the recipe. We are going to see the ingredients and step by step that we show you and cook with us this incredible black bean stew.

Ingredients to make Black Bean Stew with Meat:

  • 300 grams of black beans cooked with their respective broth
  • 1 unit of white onion
  • 1 unit of red tomatoes
  • 1 liter of beef broth
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 250 grams of ground meat
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make Beef Black Bean Stew:

  1. The first step in making the black bean recipe is to pre-list the ingredients.
  2. Take a pan over medium heat; add the white onion and the tomato in squares as seen in the photograph.
  3. Add the ground beef and mix it with the soffit base. Add salt, pepper and garlic paste to taste.
  4. As additional ingredients you can add a little dried bay leaf and paprika, this way our black bean recipe will have more flavor.
  5. Add the meat broth and the beans and mix with the soffit that we had in the pan. Ideally, this should be done in a deep pot so that the flavors of the preparation are concentrated. Let keep for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
  6. Serve the black bean stew by sprinkling a little fresh parsley on top as shown in the photo. You can accompany this preparation with white rice.
