Ingredients to make Bife de chorizo stuffed with asparagus:
- 4 units of chorizo steak.
- 16 units of green asparagus.
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil.
- 8 units of wooden toothpicks.
How to make Chorizo steak stuffed with asparagus:
- Prelist the ingredients.
- In a pot add water and put it over medium heat until it boils, once the water is boiling add the asparagus and let it cook for a maximum of 5 minutes.
- Once the asparagus is ready, remove it from the hot water and cut off the cooking to prevent it from continuing to cook. On a table or plate add the asparagus on top of the chorizo steak.
- Wrap and adjust with some wooden toothpicks in the center.
- In a medium skillet, bring it to medium heat with a little oil, once hot add the piece of steak and add coarse salt. Brown on all sides (no more than two to three minutes per side and side)
- Once the steak is browned, put it on a baking sheet and finish cooking.
- Leave in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 5 minutes to 10 maximum. (It depends on the type of cooking you want to obtain.)
- Remove from the oven and cut the stuffed steak in half.
