Recipe for Battered Mushrooms with Tartar Sauce

Ingredients to make Battered Mushrooms with Tartar Sauce:

  • 400 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of Mustard
  • 3 units of Egg
  • 1 cup of flour (140 grams)
  • 1 cup of ground bread
  • 1 pinch of salt and white pepper
  • Tartar sauce
  • 1 unit of sour pickle
  • 2 cups of mayonnaise
  • 1 unit of Onion
  • 1 unit of red pepper
  • 2 dessert spoons of chopped parsley
  • 2 units of Lemon (juice)

How to make Battered Mushrooms with Tartar Sauce:

First prepare the tartar sauce. To do this, mix the mayonnaise with all the finely chopped ingredients. Also add a boiled egg and season with salt and pepper to taste. Reserve in the fridge.

The mushrooms are washed well and seasoned with mustard, salt and pepper, then they are prepared by passing them through flour, egg, ground bread and fried in abundant oil.  Remove excess oil with absorbent paper.

Serve the battered mushrooms on a lettuce leaf accompanied with the tartar sauce and enjoy. You can also prepare some battered aborigines and serve them together with the same sauce.
