Ingredients to make Ageist de pilots (meatball stew):
- For 4 people:
- 600 grams minced meat (half pork, half beef)
- 1 or 1.5 kg of small potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 bouquet tomato
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- laurel
- marjoram
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- nutmeg
- almonds
- raisins
- pinions
- 2 carrots.
How to make Ageist de pilots (meatball stew):
- Arrange the minced meat in a deep bowl, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
- To this set are added minced garlic and parsley, finely chopped onion and some marjoram leaves.
- Mix well and add a raw egg.
- Mix again.
- Make the meatballs of the desired size.
- Pass them through flour and fry them in plenty of olive oil until they are golden brown.
- Fry the peeled and washed potatoes.
- In a separate pan, prepare a sauce with a little oil in which we will brown the rest of the onion, a few whole cloves of garlic, a tomato and a bay leaf.
- Once the ingredients are tender, add the casserole where we have the meatballs, adding water until they are covered.
- Cook them little by little.
- Add the chopped almonds, garlic, nutmeg, raisins and pine nuts.
