  • For 4 people:
  • 600 grams minced meat (half pork, half beef)
  • 1 or 1.5 kg of small potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bouquet tomato
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • laurel
  • marjoram
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • nutmeg
  • almonds
  • raisins
  • pinions
  • 2 carrots.

How to make Ageist de pilots (meatball stew):

Arrange the minced meat in a deep bowl, seasoning it with salt and pepper.

To this set are added minced garlic and parsley, finely chopped onion and some marjoram leaves.

Mix well and add a raw egg.

Make the meatballs of the desired size.

Pass them through flour and fry them in plenty of olive oil until they are golden brown.

Fry the peeled and washed potatoes.

In a separate pan, prepare a sauce with a little oil in which we will brown the rest of the onion, a few whole cloves of garlic, a tomato and a bay leaf.

Once the ingredients are tender, add the casserole where we have the meatballs, adding water until they are covered.

Cook them little by little.

Add the chopped almonds, garlic, nutmeg, raisins and pine nuts.
