Raw Spinach Salad Recipe

Green salads always come in handy, either as an appetizer or to eat for dinner. In this case, we offer you a simple recipe so you can discover how to combine raw spinach and create an exquisite dish in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients to make Raw Spinach Salad:

  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 50 grams of Bacon
  • 1 lime
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 handful of Croutons
  • 1 pinch of paprika powder

How to make Raw Spinach Salad:

As you can see, according to the list of ingredients, in this salad recipe we will use boiled eggs. To make them, you must heat a saucepan with water and the eggs inside, once it breaks the boil, wait 10 minutes and remove.

Tip: You can add a dash of vinegar to the water to make it much easier to peel the shell.

Pass the boiled eggs under cold water and remove all the shell. Then cut into small pieces or thin slices. The calculation for our raw spinach salad is one egg per person, but you can vary it to taste. On the other hand, cut the bacon into strips or squares and cook in a pan, without oil, until crispy.

It is not necessary to add oil to cook bacon, since it releases its own fat, also remember that you can leave it more or less crispy according to taste. Now to finish with the ingredients, wash the spinach leaves very well and chop them with your hands. The idea is to leave bite-sized pieces of spinach, to make the salad easier to eat.
