Ravioli with spinach recipe

Ingredients to make Ravioli with spinach:

  • 400 grams of cheese ravioli
  • 1 onion
  • 300 grams of spinach cooked and cut
  • 150 grams of cottage cheese
  • 50 grams of grated cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Ravioli with spinach:

  1. Prepare a pot with boiling water and salt to cook the ravioli. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a casserole, heat half the oil and sauté the spinach.
  3. Cook for a few minutes over high heat until all the water is released and season with salt
  4. Heat the remaining oil and sauté the onion.
  5. Add the chopped spinach, cottage cheese, milk, oregano, and pepper.
  6. Put the ravioli in a fountain.
  7. Divide the spinach sauce, sprinkle with the oregano and grated cheese and serve.
