- 1 unit of gluten-free pasta dough
- 1 bunch of Basil
- 250 grams of Ricotta Cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
How to make Ravioli stuffed with ricotta:
- The first step to make the stuffed ravioli recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
- First we are going to fill the ravioli. To do this, we take the ricotta cheese to a bowl with the basil leaves, blend or process very well until the ingredients are integrated.
- Once processed add a little salt, pepper and garlic paste.
- Finally, add the nutmeg and mix well, reserving the filling for later.
- Roll out the pasta dough with a rolling pin or pasta machine.
- Fill the ravioli and close very well so that they do not open during cooking
- Bring a pot over medium heat with a little olive oil and salt to taste. Once the water is boiling, add the fresh pasta and cook until it is al denteor at the desired cooking point.
