Ravioli stuffed with meat recipe

We are going to make some homemade ravioli stuffed with meat, a simple, practical and delicious recipe. Ravioli dishes are generally accompanied by sauces that can be tomato, pesto or béchamel, which is the typical white sauce.

Ingredients to make Ravioli stuffed with meat:

  • 1 unit of dough for ravioli
  • 350 grams of beef loin
  • 1 unit of red paprika
  • 40 milliliters of soy sauce
  • 1 unit of white onion
  • 1 dessert spoon of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • Dip
  • 120 grams of milk cream
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 piece of Salt and Pepper
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

How to make Ravioli stuffed with meat:

  1. The first step to make our homemade ravioli recipe is to prepare the ingredients. Consult in detail how to make the ravioli dough and the garlic pasta.
  2. Bring a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil, add the paprika and white onion with a little pepper and garlic.
  3. Add the loin cut into squares to the pan to continue with the filling of homemade meat ravioli. Sauté everything very well.
  4. Add the soy sauce and let the meat cook very well, remove it and let the preparation cool to start assembling the ravioli.
  5. With the filling already at room temperature, take it to a bowl and process the sauce until you get a homogeneous mixture and the ingredients of the recipe are well integrated.
  6. Stretch the ravioli dough well, leave it thin with a minimum thickness, as seen in the photograph and cut two pieces.
  7. Add a little of the filling with a teaspoon and distribute each portion leaving spaces so that the ravioli do not stick. Then, add the other ravioli dough on top and glue the two portions of dough very well so that the filling does not come out when we are cooking them.
  8. Cut the meat ravioli and add a little wheat flour so that they do not stick, since we are working with fresh dough pasta.
  9. To cook them, bring a pot of water over medium heat and once we see that the water is boiling add the ravioli and cook for approximately 5 to 8 minutesor until they are al dente or the desired cooking point.
  10. To complete the dish of meat-filled ravioli, bring a pan to medium heat and add a little olive oil, add the ravioli with salt and pepper to taste. Let the pasta brown for a few minutes.
  11. Add a pinch of dried oregano to give our homemade ravioli a bit of flavor.
  12. Add the milk cream and if you wish, also add a little white wine to give the sauce a special touch. Turn off the heat to prevent the sauce from drying out.
  13. Serve our r raviolis stuffed with meat sprinkling Parmesan cheese to taste.
