Ingredients to make Ravioli stuffed with fish:
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 anchovies
- 1 celery stalk

- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 60 grams of grated cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 grams of mushrooms
- 125 ccs of crushed tomato
- 2 carrots
How to make Ravioli stuffed with fish:
- Soak the mushrooms in hot water.
- Put the oil in a casserole when it is hot, add the washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces of anchovies, add the onion, carrot, garlic, parsley and mushrooms over low heat.
