Ravioli recipe with walnut sauce

Ingredients to make Ravioli with walnut sauce:

  • 2 packages of Ravioli (fresh pasta)
  • 300 milliliters of Cream for cooking or milk cream
  • 80 grams of peeled walnuts
  • 50 grams of goat cheese
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 20 grams of Butter
  • 2 teaspoons of wheat flour

How to make Ravioli with walnut sauce:

  1. To prepare this ravioli with cream and nuts, the first thing we have to do is chop the nuts.
  2. Next, melt the butter in a small pot or saucepan over low heat. Once melted, brown the nuts for a few seconds, stirring well.
  3. Next we add the teaspoons of flour, stir and sauté it a bit as if we were going to make béchamel sauce.
  4. Then we add the cream or milk little by little, stirring constantly with a whisk so that lumps do not form in the walnut sauce for pasta.
  5. When we have poured all the cream into the ravioli sauce, add the chopped goat cheese and sprinkle a pinch of black pepper to taste. Let the easy walnut sauce come to a boil and quickly reduce the heat to a minimum so that it does not cool while we cook the fresh pasta.
  6. Then we boil the ravioli as indicated in the instructions on the package and once cooked, drain them well, place them on a plate and pour the walnut sauce for pasta on top.
