- – 50 grams of butter.
- – 100 grams of Parmesan cheese.
- – 100 grams of Regianno cheese.
- – 100 grams of emmenthal cheese.

How to make Ravioli in three cheese sauce:
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Cook the ravioli in a deep pot. Reserve them. In a deep pot, melt the butter and add the wheat flour. Add salt and pepper.
- Once it is golden (the mixture of butter + flour) add the whole milk and the mustard. – Let it boil for about 5 minutes.
- Add the cheeses and dried oregano (if desired) – Lower the heat and stir constantly so that the cheeses melt well into the sauce.- Once the cheeses are completely melted, turn off the heat and serve the sauce on top the ravioli that we had previously reserved.
