Ravioli recipe in three cheese sauce.

Ingredients to make Ravioli in three cheese sauce:

  • – 500 grams of stuffed ravioli (of your choice)
  • – 2 cups of whole milk.
  • – 1 teaspoon of mustard.
  • – 50 grams of wheat flour.
  • – 50 grams of butter.
  • – 100 grams of Parmesan cheese.
  • – 100 grams of Regianno cheese.
  • – 100 grams of emmenthal cheese.

How to make Ravioli in three cheese sauce:

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Cook the ravioli in a deep pot. Reserve them. In a deep pot, melt the butter and add the wheat flour. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Once it is golden (the mixture of butter + flour) add the whole milk and the mustard. – Let it boil for about 5 minutes.
