- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard.

How to make Ravioli in peanut sauce:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Wash the green onion and cut it into medium slices on a board.
- On a board, cut the peanuts (we want the parts not to be so fine, that is, it is thick and you can see that it is peanuts, this is the main characteristic and decoration of the dish) If you don’t like peanuts with shells, you can use the other one without no inconvenience
- Cook the ravioli (in this case they are four cheeses) in a pot with boiling water. Leave them for approximately 10 minutes until they are al dente or until the cooking point that you want.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter or shortening and brown the green or long onion.
- Once it is golden brown, add the chopped main. Let keep for five minutes.
