Ravioli recipe in oregano and lemon sauce

Ingredients to make Ravioli in oregano and lemon sauce:

  • 400 grams of ravioli 4 cheeses.

How to make Ravioli in oregano and lemon sauce:

  1. In a deep pot, heat water.
  2. Once the water is boiling, cook the ravioli.
  3. Once it is at the desired point (al dente or a little more cooked) remove the ravioli from the water and reserve.
  4. In a very hot pan, melt the butter; add the finely chopped garlic, the milk cream and the whole milk. Let keep for a couple of minutes.
  5. Add the lemon, salt, pepper and oregano. Let keep for a few more minutes. Rectify flavor and if you need a little salt or pepper add it.
  6. Once this sauce is added, add the ravioli and serve.
  7. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on each of the plates and serve.
