Ratatouille recipe with apple

Ingredients to make Ratatouille with apple:

  • 1 unit of Apple
  • 300 milliliters of crushed tomato
  • 1 unit of chives
  • 1 unit of green pepper
  • 1 unit of Eggplant
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of white sugar
  • ½ unit of red pepper
  • 1 unit of Carrot

How to make Pistol with apple:

  1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the ratatouille with apple.
  2. In a frying pan, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the diced spring onion for 3 minutes.
  3. Next, we add the red pepper also cut into small squares.
  4. We let cook 2 more minutes.
  5. Add the green pepper cut the same size, stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add the small peeled and cut carrot and the aborigine cut into slightly larger pieces, as indicated in the image.
  7. We haven’t removed the skin from the aborigine, but if you don’t like it, you can peel it before adding it.
  8.  Add salt and pepper and cook the homemade vegetable ratatouille for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Add the apple, peeled and cut into pieces more or less like those of the aborigine. Let it cook for a couple of minutes.
  10. It is time to add the crushed tomato.
  11. We move so that it is integrated, we put a little more salt and a tablespoon of sugar to avoid the acidity of the tomato.
  12. Let the ratatouille with apple cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
