Ingredients for making Rassolnik:
- 300gr of beef
- 50 grams of rice
- 1 large carrot
- 2 small onions
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- 1 tomato
- 20 grams of parsley
- Salt
- cut cream
How to make Rassolnik:
- Prepare a broth with the meat.
- Put the meat in a large pot with 3 liters of cold water.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and remove floating fat with a spoon.
- Add the onion.
- Cook over low heat for an hour
- In a pan, melt a tablespoon of margarine and add the chopped onion, carrot and parsley.
- Cover and sauté over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cut tomato and leave it for another 5 minutes.
- In a frying pan pour a cup of the broth and add the cucumbers cut into small pieces
- Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat.
- Add rice to the broth, after boiling add potatoes cut into bars and the sautéed vegetables.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- After this, add the cucumbers and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Add salt to taste and serve with cut cream.
