Ingredients to make raspberry liqueur, strawberries:

  • 300g raspberries
  • 1 liter of alcohol
  • Water
  • 900 grams of sugar

How to make raspberry liqueur, strawberries:

  1. Place 300g of raspberries in a jar along with 1 liter of alcohol, let this macerate for 20 days.
  2. Place 1 liter of water with 900g of sugar in a saucepan, cook over moderate heat until a slightly thick syrup is achieved.
  3. Let it warm Strain the previous preparation. And mix to the syrup.
  4. Bottle up.
  5. Cover and leave in a dark and cool place for approximately 25 days to be able to consume it and be careful.
