• 16 corn tortillas

• ½ kilogram of fresh cheese to crumble

• 6 guajillo chilies

• 2 ancho chili peppers

• 3 pieces of whole black pepper

• 2 cloves

• ½ cinnamon stick

• 2 cloves of garlic

• ¼ onion

How to make Ranch Enchiladas:

Soak the guajillo peppers and the ancho peppers in warm water for a few minutes. When they are soft, remove them and clean them well, removing the veins and seeds.
