Rajas poblanas with cheese and cream recipe

  • 4 pieces of large polio Chile
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • ½ piece of onion
  • 1½ tablespoons chicken bouillon powder
  • 1½ cups of cooked corn kernels
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Margarine

How to make Rajas poblanas with cheese and cream:
