Radicchio, Apple and Carrot Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make radicchio, apple and carrot salad:

  • 1 Red Radicchio of about 200 grams
  • 1 medium carrot, about 150 grams
  • 2 firm apples, about 400 grams.
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon of ground pepper.

How to make Radicchio, Apple and Carrot Salad:

1) Wash and drain the radicchio leaves. They are cut into thin strips. The carrot is washed, peeled and grated by the thick part of the grate. The apples are peeled, the heart and seeds are removed and the pulp is cut into small slices. Everything is mixed in a container.

2) Put the ingredients of the vinaigrette in a jar, beat until well emulsified and stir the vegetables in the container. It is put in the fridge until serving time, when it is stirred again.
