  1. 4 cups of rice

  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 onion

  7. 9 cups of water (2 cups of water x 1 of rice + 1 of water)
  8. Food coloring
  9. 1 handful of peas
  10. 1 pinch of salt

How to make Paella with rabbit and vegetables:

  • Chop the tomato, onion and garlic cloves, and fry the onion over low heat. Then, add the garlic and tomato to continue with the preparation of the sauce for the rabbit paella.
  • Separately, fry the chopped rabbit and set aside.
  • When the sauce is done, add the rabbit and give it a few turns to taste. Also add the clean and chopped mushrooms and mix everything.
  • Add the rice, brown a little and add the water. Salt to taste and let the broth evaporate. The rice has to be loose so that the rabbit and vegetable paella is at its point. To do this, you should not use very high heat.
