Ingredients to make Canelazo from Quito:

  • 250 milliliters of Water
  • 1 unit of Lulo or naranjilla
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 grams of cloves
  • 20 grams of sugar
  • 25 milliliters of Anise

How to make Canelazo from Quito:

  1. Ready all the ingredients.
  2. Peel and chop the lulo into small pieces.
  3. In a pot, boil the water with the lulo, cinnamon, cloves and sugar. Leave cooking for about 10 minutes.
