- 500 grams of white quinoa
- 250 grams of fresh pariah cheese
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 tablespoons yellow pepper paste

- 2 medium white potatoes
- 1 splash of evaporated milk
- 1 splash of vegetable oil
- 1 pinch of oregano
