Ingredients to make Veggie Burgers with Quinoa, Millet and Vegetables:
- 100 grams of millet
- 50 grams of quinoa
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- ½ teaspoon of turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- ½ cup of flour (70 grams)
How to make Quinoa, Millet and Vegetable Veggie Burgers:
- Wash the two cereals well with the help of a strainer under the water tap. Put them in a saucepan and cover with twice the amount of water, salt and a splash of oil. Bring the water to a boil and when it boils turn the heat down to low, cover the saucepan and cook the millet and quinoa for 12-15 minutes until all the water evaporates.
