Quinoa curry recipe

Ingredients to make Quinoa curry:

  • 1 cup of Quinoa
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of Yellow Curry
  • 1 unit of white onion
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 500 milliliters of beef broth
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make Quinoa Curry:

  1. The first step to make the quinoa recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
  2. If you are a vegetarian you can substitute the beef broth for vegetable broth.
  3. Bring a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil and add the white onion in small squares.
  4. It is important that we cook the quinoa before making this preparation, remember that for a cup of quinoa you need two cups of water, it is the same as making white rice.
  5. So, once the quinoa is cooked, we add it to the pan where we have the sautéed white onion.
  6. Add the beef or vegetable broth and let the preparation keep on very low heat, in this way the flavors of our recipe will be concentrated.
