Quinoa ceviche recipe

Ingredients to make Quinoa Ceviche:

  • 1 cup of Quinoa
  • 1 unit of white onion
  • 1 unit of Tomato
  • 1 unit of Avocado
  • ½ cup chopped Cilantro

How to make Quinoa Ceviche:

1.For this quinoa ceviche, the first thing you should do is get all the ingredients ready.

2.Wash the quinoa with the help of a strainer until the water comes out transparent, this so that it is not bitter when cooking it.

3.Cook the quinoa with double the water and a little salt, this until the grains have softened and are soft.

4.Chop the onion into very fine squares and add boiling water, so that the onion is not acidic or spicy. We remove the water after 10 minutes.

5.Cut the tomato into squares, removing the seeds previously.

6.Mix the onion with the tomato and the avocado cut into squares.

7.Add the quinoa that we cooked previously and mix very well.

8.To serve the ceviche, chop the cilantro finely and place it on the ceviche. Serve and taste this rich and healthy recipe for quinoa ceviche.
