Ingredients to make Quinoa Burger:
- 1 kilogram of Quinoa
- 3 bell pepper
- 3 Carrot
- 150 grams of green onion
- 30 grams of Thyme
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 50 grams of cream cheese
- 5 eggs
How to make Quinoa Burger:
- Wash the quinoa 5 or 6 times until the water is very clear and without foam.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, strain, mix with the cheese and set aside to continue preparing the vegetarian burger.
- Cut all the vegetables in brunoised and sauté respecting the order of hardness to achieve even cooking.
- If you like, you can deglaze with white wine.
- Trick: Brunoised: cut into very small cubes, 2 mm at most.
- Join the two preparations, that is, the quinoa with the vegetables.
- Once cold, add the eggs, the cream cheese, shape the vegetarian burgers and cook for 20 minutes in a medium oven. To enjoy.
