Quinoa Burger Recipe

Ingredients to make Quinoa Burger:

  • 1 kilogram of Quinoa
  • 3 bell pepper
  • 3 Carrot
  • 150 grams of green onion
  • 30 grams of Thyme
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 50 grams of cream cheese
  • 5 eggs

How to make Quinoa Burger:

  1. Wash the quinoa 5 or 6 times until the water is very clear and without foam.
  2. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, strain, mix with the cheese and set aside to continue preparing the vegetarian burger.
  3. Cut all the vegetables in brunoised and sauté respecting the order of hardness to achieve even cooking.
  4. If you like, you can deglaze with white wine.
  5. Trick: Brunoised: cut into very small cubes, 2 mm at most.
  6. Join the two preparations, that is, the quinoa with the vegetables.
  7. Once cold, add the eggs, the cream cheese, shape the vegetarian burgers and cook for 20 minutes in a medium oven. To enjoy.
  8. Serve the quinoa burgers accompanied by olives, lemon or a green salad with avocado, for example.
