Quinoa and tuna croquettes recipe

Ingredients to make quinoa and tuna croquettes:

  • 1 cup of cooked Quinoa
  • 1 unit of white onion
  • 1 sheet of Tuna
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • ½ cup of flour (70 grams)
  • 20 grams of butter
  • ½ cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Quinoa and Tuna Croquettes:

1.For these croquettes, the first thing you should do is get all the ingredients ready.

2.Melt the butter in a very hot pot, salt the onion cut into small squares for 3 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.

3.Add the tuna and cook the mixture for 3 more minutes.

4.Add the quinoa and mix until integrated, then add the flour and stir until our croquette dough thickens. Reserve in the fridge for half an hour.

5.After half an hour we continue preparing the quinoa croquettes with tuna forming thick tubes which we will pass through the beaten egg first and then the breadcrumbs. Then fry in plenty of hot oil until golden brown.

6.Serve these croquettes with the sauce of your choice.
