Ingredients to make Quinoa and Chia Salad:
- 2 cups of Quinoa
- 5 slices of fresh pineapple
- 1 bunch of fresh spinach
- 1 unit of Cucumber
- 5 dessert spoons of chia seeds
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Quinoa and Chia Salad:
The first step you must take is to pre-list all the ingredients for the quinoa and chia salad. Let’s remember how quinoa should be cooked , we have to keep in mind that we must take it to a colander and wash it until the water stops coming out white. Once it comes out transparent we have the quinoa ready to cook and what we will do is for one cup of quinoa we add two cups of water and a pinch of salt. Bring the quinoa until the water evaporates and cook completely, remove from the heat and set aside. Wash the spinach and cut into small pieces by hand and take it to the plate where we are going to serve our healthy salad. Cut the pineapple into medium squares and the cucumber into small squares, take it to the plate where the spinach is and mix very well to make the quinoa salad.
