Quick Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Quick Chicken Salad:

  • 1 unit of cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup diced raw carrot
  • 1 cup of Potato cooked and cut into cubes
  • 1 can of drained golden corn kernels
  • 1 can of Peas, drained
  • 1 unit of Celery finely chopped
  • ½ cup of half cream
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Quick Chicken Salad:

The chicken is mixed with the carrot, the potatoes, the corn kernels, the peas and the celery. Then, to continue with the preparation of the chicken salad, the media cream is mixed with the mayonnaise and seasoned with salt and pepper.
