Quick and easy Ravioli Dough Recipe

Making pasta at home can sometimes seem complicated, but if you follow the steps correctly and above all, if you use the correct amounts, you will be able to make very tasty fresh pasta. The filling is already a more personal issue that you can do to your liking.

Ingredients to make quick and easy Ravioli Dough:

  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 unit of eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 dessert spoon of olive oil
  • 1 dessert spoon of water

How to make quick and easy Ravioli Dough:

  1. On the work table add the flour forming a volcano. Add the eggs, salt, and oil. Knead well until a homogeneous mass is formed. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and rest for 1 hour.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equals. Stretch each one a little with the roller and form sheets for the ravioli.
  3. On a pasta sheet, place portions of the filling separated lengthwise, brush with a little water and cover with the rest of the sheet. With the help of your hand, remove the air when folding the sheet. Cut with the ravioli cutter or with the wheel. Let dry on a tray. In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the ravioli for 10 minutes.
  4. And ready! Now you can enjoy some very rich and easy-to-make stuffed ravioli.
