- 3 salted cod fillets
- 100 grams of fresh parsley
- 4 garlic cloves
- 30 grams of red pepper
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make cod with garlic easy and fast:
- To start making the cod with garlic recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. If you don’t have red pepper, you can use chili powder or any spicy seasoning that comes in powder form.
- Cut the cod into small squares and reserve. Another option would be to make the whole garlic cod fillets.
- Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into thin slices or chop them, as you like!
- Bring a skillet to medium heat and add 1/4 cup of olive oil. Once hot, add the red pepper and sliced garlic cloves and allow to brown. Remove once they are golden and also separate the oil and reserve these two ingredients.
- In the same pan used previously, cook the cod with a little salt.
