Quick and easy carrot cream recipe

Ingredients to make easy and quick Carrot Cream:

  • 50 grams of butter
  • 250 grams of milk cream
  • 1 unit of Onion
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 kilogram of carrots

How to make Easy and Quick Carrot Cream:

  1. Peel the carrots, wash them well and cut them into slices neither too thin nor too thick. Next, peel the onion and cut it into feathers.
  2. Take a pot and heat a little oil. When hot, sauté onion for about 3 minutes.
  3. Then add the carrot slices and cook another 3-4 minutes. Then, add a glass of water or vegetable broth, cover the pot and cook over low heat until the carrots are tender. Add salt to taste.
  4. Blend the previous preparation with a hand blender until it is homogeneous and smooth. Return the pot to the heat, add the cream and butter, mix well and remove the cream from the heat.
  5. Try the salt carrot cream and serve it hot. At the moment of serving, you can decorate with a thread of milk cream, fresh parsley or croutons.
