Ingredients to make easy and quick Carrot Cream:
- 50 grams of butter
- 250 grams of milk cream
- 1 unit of Onion
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 kilogram of carrots
How to make Easy and Quick Carrot Cream:
- Peel the carrots, wash them well and cut them into slices neither too thin nor too thick. Next, peel the onion and cut it into feathers.
- Take a pot and heat a little oil. When hot, sauté onion for about 3 minutes.
- Then add the carrot slices and cook another 3-4 minutes. Then, add a glass of water or vegetable broth, cover the pot and cook over low heat until the carrots are tender. Add salt to taste.
- Blend the previous preparation with a hand blender until it is homogeneous and smooth. Return the pot to the heat, add the cream and butter, mix well and remove the cream from the heat.
- Try the salt carrot cream and serve it hot. At the moment of serving, you can decorate with a thread of milk cream, fresh parsley or croutons.
