  • 3 units of cloves
  • 100 grams of salt

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 grams of onion

How to make Verdolagas in green sauce:

We prepare all our ingredients. We wash the chicken; we remove the skin if we want to remove the fat. We remove the roots and rubbish that they may contain from the pursuance, wash and disinfect them.
