Ingredients to make pumpkin smoothie:

  • 1/4 pumpkin
  • 10 or 12 spoons of sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 liter of milk

How to make pumpkin smoothie:

  1. We cook the pumpkin in water, breaked into dieces, add the cinnamon, and when it has cooked add the sugar, leave it to cook for 10 or 15 minutes.
  2. We remove it from the fire, put it in the blender, and add the milk, strain and ready.
  3. A drink that can be taken hot or cold, it is also very nutritious.
