Pumpkin Cream with Cream Recipe

  • 500 grams of pumpkin
  • 1 potato
  • 100 milliliters of cooking cream or heavy cream
  • 1 pinch of ginger (optional)
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Pumpkin Cream with Cream:

  • We prepare all the ingredients to make the pumpkin puree with cream.
  • Peel and cut the pumpkin and potato into small pieces.
  • We put a saucepan with a little water or vegetable broth, and add the pumpkin and the potato cut into pieces.
  • Let the vegetables cook until they are well cooked.
  • When the pumpkin and the potato are cooked, we will mash them well.
  • Return the pan to the heat with the homemade pumpkin cream, add the cream, a little salt and a little ginger powder.
