This light auyama cream is perfect to serve at dinner time since it is a vegan recipe, a cream that does not contain any type of dairy.

Ingredients to make pumpkin cream very easy:

  • 2 kilograms of Auyama
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make pumpkin cream very easy:

  • List the ingredients. Before starting our simple pumpkin or pumpkin soup recipe, we prepare the ingredients to work faster.
  • Cook the peeled and chopped pumpkin in a pot with water, salt, onion and garlic. Let everything soften for about 20 minutes. Then drain and set aside the broth.
