Ingredients to make Pumpkin Cream and Serrano Ham:
- 1/2 Pumpkin
- 1 onion
- 10 grams of butter
- 200 ml of milk cream
- 2 cheeses
- Salt
How to make Pumpkin Cream and Serrano Ham:
- The pumpkin is cut into small pieces without skin, and the onion is boiled with water.
- Once everything is well boiled so that the pumpkin is very soft, remove half of the water, add the salt, the butter, the cheeses and the milk cream.
- Blend everything with a blender until a light and smooth cream is left.
- You can add small cubes of Serrano ham or chunks of fried bread.
