Pumpkin Cream and Serrano Ham Recipe

Ingredients to make Pumpkin Cream and Serrano Ham:

  • 1/2 Pumpkin
  • 1 onion
  • 10 grams of butter
  • 200 ml of milk cream
  • 2 cheeses
  • Salt

How to make Pumpkin Cream and Serrano Ham:

  1. The pumpkin is cut into small pieces without skin, and the onion is boiled with water.
  2. Once everything is well boiled so that the pumpkin is very soft, remove half of the water, add the salt, the butter, the cheeses and the milk cream.
  3. Blend everything with a blender until a light and smooth cream is left.
  4. You can add small cubes of Serrano ham or chunks of fried bread.
