  • 3 carrots
  • ½ Pumpkin
  • 3 Questions (triangles)
  • 1 potato
  • 1 leek
  • ½ onion
  • 300 milliliters of Water (1¼ cups)
  • 1 jet of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 jet of liquid cream or milk cream

How to make Pumpkin and carrot cream with cheese:

  • The first thing we have to do to prepare this pumpkin and carrot cream with cheese is cut the leek and onion into small pieces and poach them in a pot with a good splash of oil and a pinch of salt for approximately 4 or 5 minutes. It is not necessary to chop the vegetables very much because they will be crushed later
