Ingredients to make Pumpkin and Bacon Cream:
- for 4 people
- 6 small spring onions
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 slices of bacon (for each diner)
- 1 1/2 kilos of pumpkin
- Water
- Salt to taste)
- Oil
How to make Pumpkin and Bacon Cream:
- Put 4 spring onions and the pumpkin cut into pieces in an express pot, add water to cover and salt to taste.
- Let it cook for 20 or 25 minutes. In a frying pan, fry the remaining spring onions, the bacon and the red pepper.
- When everything is fried, it will be incorporated into the express pot and with the blender it will be beaten a little until there is a thick cream.
- Note: the water from cooking the pumpkin is separated before grinding the cream and reserved in case it gets too thick and you need to add a little.
