Puff pastry recipe with sirloin ham and cheese

Ingredients to make puff pastry with ham and cheese sirloin:

  • 1 sirloin
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 4 large slices of ham
  • 4 slices of large cheese to melt

How to make puff pastry with sirloin ham and cheese:

We take the sirloin we put salt and pepper, we brown it very well. Add a glass of cognac or sherry and half a glass of water. When it’s tender. Take the oven tray and put a piece of paper on top of the puff pastry sheet. Put the ham in the middle, the two slices on top, the two slices of cheese on top of the sirloin, we cover the sirloin first with the cheese and the ham. We take a part of the puff pastry and cover the sirloin and then the other half with the tines of the fork we close the two parts.

We paint with egg and we put it in the oven (we will chop the puff pastry a little) I have it for 45 minutes until it is well browned.
