Puff pastry recipe stuffed with meat

In this recipe you will learn how to prepare puff pastry pies filled with meat, ideal for our children’s snacks or any visit we have in our house. We must bear in mind that we can make these recipes by adding more ingredients of your choice. Take note of the steps and prepare puff pastry stuffed with meat.

Ingredients to make puff pastry stuffed with meat:

  • 1 unit of puff pastry
  • 2 units of Onion
  • 300 grams of ground meat
  • 1 jet of oil
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 unit of Egg

How to make Meat Filled Puff Pastry:

1.The first step in preparing our recipe for meat pies is to pre-list the ingredients.

2.Take a pan over medium heat, add a little sunflower oil and, once hot, add the onion cut into small pieces.

3.Add salt and pepper to the bottom of the puff pastry filling.

4.Once you see that the onion turns transparent, add the ground beef and a little garlic paste, mix very well with the onion. Let the ingredients fry until they are at the desired point. Remove from heat and reserve.

5.To work the puff pastry, add a little wheat flour on the counter so that when you stretch it does not stick.
