- 2 tablespoons homemade tomato sauce

- 2 cans of tuna in oil
- 150 grams of smoked camorra cheese
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 splash of Spicy Tomato Curry Sauce (optional)
How to make Puff Pastry Pizza with Tuna:
- To prepare this homemade tuna pizza, we begin by unrolling and stretching the puff pastry sheet on a previously greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- We put a couple of tablespoons of homemade tomato sauce, spread them with the help of a spoon and sprinkle with a pinch of oregano on top. You can also use special pizza sauce and homemade puff pastry if you have time to cook everything yourself.
- Trick: We can change the oregano for Provencal herbs or not put it.
- Cut the bacon into strips and spread it over the surface of the puff pastry. Drain the tuna and distribute it as well. Then, we cut the cheese into cubes and distribute them on top of the bacon and tuna.
- The camorra is an Italian, semi-hard and smoked cheese that is used in countless dishes. If you can’t get this type of cheese, you can use any other, preferably smoked to give the pizza that particular flavor.
- To finish assembling the puff pastry pizza, we put a drizzle of spicy tomato sauce and curry on top and cover with grated cheese.
- Place in the preheated oven at 180ºC and bake until the edges are golden. The cooking time will depend on the oven but it will be approximately 25-30 minutes.
- Trick: The sauce gives it a spicy touch but if you don’t like it, don’t put it or you can change it for another sauce to your liking
- Remove from the oven, let cool for 5-10 minutes, cut into portions and enjoy!
- The puff pastry pizza with tuna is delicious and unlike a traditional tuna pizza, the dough will be thinner and crispier, it’s worth a try!
