  • 2 cups of Samfain
  • 1 pinch of oregano

How to make Puff Pastry Coca with Samfaina and Mushrooms:

1.Preheat the oven to 220º Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment or baking paper. Open the can or pot of mushrooms and drain them very well. Cut the cheese into thin triangles. Spread two to 3 tablespoons of samfaina on top of the puff pastry. Spread over the mushrooms Distribute the pieces of soft cheese. Sprinkle with a little oregano leaf and dress with a little virgin olive oil (if you have it flavored with some herb, much better, I have used the oil that I always have prepared to make the foccacias).

2.Put the coke in the oven when you see that it has reached 220º. Let it be done, try not to open the oven for the first 10 minutes. Depending on the tea oven it will take between 15 or 20 minutes. When you see that it is ready you can turn off the oven. I like to serve it freshly made, or warm. We don’t like cold so much. You can accompany it with a salad.
