Ingredients to make puff pastry braid stuffed with chicken:

  • 250 grams of chicken breast
  • 2 units of frankfurter sausage
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 3 slices of cheese
  • 1 unit of puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 1 jet of olive oil

How to make chicken stuffed puff pastry braid:

We gather all the ingredients to prepare the puff pastry braid stuffed with chicken. This puff pastry recipe is very simple, and you can also vary some ingredients, such as sausages.

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and season with salt. Sauté the chicken breast in a pan with a little olive oil.

Add the sausages chopped into small pieces and let them cook for 4 minutes over medium heat. To make this braid of salty stuffed puff pastry we have chosen smoked German frankfurters, but you can use the ones you like the most.

Add the ketchup and mustard, stir well so that all the ingredients are integrated. Remove from heat and reserve. We spread the salty puff pastry vertically and make incisions on the lateral ends, as shown in the photo.
