Puerto Rican Gaspacho Recipe

Ingredients to make Puerto Rican gaspacho:

  • 1 MEDIUM ONION CHOPPED IN WHEELS
  • 1 SLICED ROASTED RED PEPPER
  • 1 LB. BONELESS COD
  • 1 LETTUCE
  • 1 MEDIUM TOMATO
  • 1 MEDIUM AVOCADO OR (2 SMALL)
  • 1 EGG, CHOPPED IN SLICES
  • OIL
  • VINEGAR

How to make Puerto Rican gaspacho:

  1. BOIL THE COD FOR 1/2 HOUR, REMOVE IT FROM THE HEAT AND SHRED THE COD.
  2. PUT IN A BOWL AND THEN ADD THE EGG TO THE COD.
  3. PUT THE LETTUCE WITH THE TOMATO AND THE ONION IN A BASIS, THEN ADD THE EGG WITH THE COD AND THEN ADD THE REST EXCEPT THE AVOCADO.
  4. AFTER ADDING EVERYTHING, MAKE THE OIL AND VINEGAR TO TASTE AND THEN ADD THE AVOCADO CUT IN SMALL SQUARES.
  5. NOTE ; YOU CAN EAT IT WITH EXPOR-SODA COOKIES, BREAD OR JUST AS YOU LIKE….
  6. ENJOY IT IS AN EASY AND DELICIOUS RECIPE.
