Ingredients to make Puerto Rican gaspacho:
- 1 MEDIUM ONION CHOPPED IN WHEELS
- 1 SLICED ROASTED RED PEPPER
- 1 LB. BONELESS COD
- 1 LETTUCE
- 1 MEDIUM TOMATO
- 1 MEDIUM AVOCADO OR (2 SMALL)
- 1 EGG, CHOPPED IN SLICES
- OIL
- VINEGAR
How to make Puerto Rican gaspacho:
- BOIL THE COD FOR 1/2 HOUR, REMOVE IT FROM THE HEAT AND SHRED THE COD.
- PUT IN A BOWL AND THEN ADD THE EGG TO THE COD.
- PUT THE LETTUCE WITH THE TOMATO AND THE ONION IN A BASIS, THEN ADD THE EGG WITH THE COD AND THEN ADD THE REST EXCEPT THE AVOCADO.
- AFTER ADDING EVERYTHING, MAKE THE OIL AND VINEGAR TO TASTE AND THEN ADD THE AVOCADO CUT IN SMALL SQUARES.
