Ingredients to make Banana Walnut Protein Shake:

  1. 1 unit of Banana
  2. 20 grams of Walnuts
  3. 1 dessert spoon of sugar
  4. 200 milliliters of milk
  5. 100 milliliters of natural yogurt
  6. 2 units of Cookies

How to make Banana Nut Protein Shake:

  • Before making this homemade protein shake, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. You will see that for this sports drink we will use unsalted soda crackers.
  • In a blender add the milk, the yogurt and the banana (banana) peeled and cut into pieces. Process until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Add the nuts, cookies and sugar. Process again until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
