Prawn and clam risotto recipe

Ingredients to make Prawn and Clam Risotto:

  • 14 handfuls of rice
  • 300 grams of Clams
  • 300 grams of Prawns
  • 50 grams of grated cheese
  • 1 jet of Oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 head of onion
  • 4 garlic cloves

How to make Prawn and Clam Risotto:

  1. We start by preparing all the products we need to make this seafood risotto on the counter.
  2. Cut half an onion and chop it, do the same with the garlic cloves.
  3. With these ingredients we prepare a sauce.
  4. Add the clams and prawns to the sauce until the clams are completely open.
  5. Add the rice, stir and sauté everything to continue making the risotto.
  6. Add the grated cheese and a glass and a half of water, let it cook until it is done.
  7. Then, we will leave 5 minutes of rest. For the risotto to be done correctly, it is very important not to stop stirring.
