Ingredients to make Potatoes stuffed with minced meat:
- 5 units of potatoes
- 100 grams of pork
- 100 grams of chicken meat
- 100 grams of Ham
- 1 unit of onion
- 1 branch of parsley
- 1 pinch of grated cheese
- 1 clove garlic
How to make Potatoes stuffed with minced meat:
- We start by washing our hands very well, put on the kitchen hat and mess. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 180ºC.
- Separately, wash the potatoes and remove the skin.
- Next, cut the potatoes horizontally, emptying each half with a spoon. The potatoes should be bowl-shaped, as seen in the photo. Reserve the pulp.
- To finish with the part of the potatoes, pass the halves through a frying pan with oil and lightly brown them. It will be enough with the pan at low temperature for 10 minutes.
- To make the minced meat filling, shred the pork and chicken together with the vegetables.
- Join this mixture with the pulp of the potato removed at the beginning and stir everything until the ingredients are distributed evenly.
- Place a portion of the filling inside each of the potatoes and cover the surface with the diced ham.
- Once finished and with the oven preheated, we cook them for approximately 30-35 minutes.
- After this time, add the grated cheese on top of each potato and return the stuffed potatoes to the oven for 5 minutes to finish cooking and gratin the cheese.
